There are seven main energy centers in our body that start at the base of the spine and ascend in a column to the top of the head. These are chakras, which literally translates to wheel or disc. These energy wheels spin inside our body and when they are aligned, our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health will be balanced. 
 
Each of the seven main chakras relates to different levels of consciousness, emotions, body functions and much more. When a chakra or multiple chakras are blocked or unbalanced, one can experience a physical ailment in the area of the unaligned chakra(s), as well as a mental or emotional symptom. 

There are several ways to help keep your chakras balanced. You can recite mantras while holding your hands in symbolic mudra positions. You can use crystals and wear colors associated with whichever chakra you are trying to balance. You can also incorporate essential oils, as different oils resonate and work with the chakras to help keep them aligned. 

My goal when creating my Chakra Balance Cremes was to provide an approachable way for my customers to begin working with essential oils and the chakras. Each creme has been blended to help balance one of the seven main chakras, and to smell nice too! They've been colored them to match the color associated with each chakra. In addition, there is a mantra on each jar to repeat aloud while applying the creme to your hands and to each chakra location. Applying them to the hands and inhaling in the scent while setting an intention to balance that particular chakra is also a great way to use the cremes.
